'I am 100% committed to winning'.
This is an answer very often given by those who feel they are fully committed.
It's a statement that works well in their own heads, but the question could well be asked, 'what have you done recently to show you are fully committed'?
This is usually where everything gets a bit vague, or people become defensive. This is largely because it's hard to do things that need to be done over things you want to do or can do more easily. Big statements are easy to make, but it is much harder to demonstrate progress and facts.
There is no magic recipe. Winning is hard work.
It's hard work becoming better at what you do. Winning again and again is hard since sometimes the odds will go against you. Each person should take risks, plus they must practice every day, again and again.
Nobody wants to admit a lack of commitment, nobody wants to look at themselves deeply and ask a tough question., least of all if the answer may not be what they seek.
Yet, once everyone realises what they must do personally, the commitment needed, they will find it so much easier to do it.
